On our product pages, you can personalize your creation:

• and even send us a file (logo, pattern, illustration…)
To go further, you can choose the BAT mockup option (additional service).
The BAT (Bon à tirer) is a digital mock-up sent before manufacturing in order to jointly validate the final result.
Once the design is approved, production starts immediately: no changes will be possible after approval.
Any reprint will then be charged.

Each piece is carefully created in our workshop.
The manufacturing time is 10 working days , then Colissimo shipping requires an additional 2 to 5 working days .
Your creation will arrive at your home in about two weeks.

Our custom pieces are made especially for you and cannot be exchanged or refunded .
If you have any problems at reception, do not hesitate to contact us within 48 hours: we will take care to assist you and find the most pleasant solution possible.
Non-personalized products remain subject to our standard return conditions.
