ARTICLE 1 – COMPANY IDENTITY
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Rental (hereinafter "GTC") apply to all orders placed on the website blancpepite.fr, as well as to all rentals made directly with:

ARTICLE 2 – PURPOSE OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These Terms and Conditions define:
the terms and conditions of sale for the products offered (personalized or not)
the conditions for renting event equipment
the obligations of BLANC PÉPITE (the "Service Provider") and the client (the "Client")
All orders imply full and complete acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
PART 1 – GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
ARTICLE 3 – PRODUCTS
BLANC PÉPITE offers:
personalized stationery (invitations, menus, booklets, signage, etc.)
decorative products made to order
handcrafted items created by hand in the workshop
The photographs on the site are not contractual but accurately reflect the quality of the products.
ARTICLE 4 – PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS: NON-REFUNDABLE
Personalized products are made only to order, based on information provided by the customer.
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
"Goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized."
No refunds, exchanges or cancellations are possible for personalized products, except in the case of an error attributable to BLANC PÉPITE.
The customer must carefully check:
spelling
first names
dates
choice of colors
quantity before validation.
ARTICLE 5 – PRICE
Prices are expressed in euros (€), including VAT.
They can be changed at any time, but the prices applied are those displayed at the time of ordering.
ARTICLE 6 – ORDER
The order is validated when:
The shopping cart has been validated.
The payment has been made.
These terms and conditions are accepted.
The company may refuse an order in the following cases:
existing dispute
of erroneous information
technical impossibility
ARTICLE 7 – PAYMENT
Accepted payment methods:
Shopify Payments
Bank card
BLANC PÉPITE does not store any banking data.
ARTICLE 8 – MANUFACTURING LEAD TIMES
Estimated delivery times:
Customized products: 3 to 10 business days
Custom stationery: lead time specified in the quote
During periods of high activity, deadlines may be extended.
ARTICLE 9 – DELIVERY
Delivery in France / Europe (depending on site options).
Carriers: Colissimo, Mondial Relay, La Poste or other providers.
BLANC PÉPITE is not responsible:
delays related to the carrier,
of a package marked "delivered" but not received,
from an address incorrectly provided by the customer.
ARTICLE 10 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (NON-PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS)
For non-personalized items, a legal withdrawal period of 14 days applies.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
ARTICLE 11 – LIABILITY
BLANC PÉPITE cannot be held responsible:
due to misuse of the products,
damages caused by the carrier
delays due to force majeure.
PART 2 – GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF RENTAL
ARTICLE 12 – PURPOSE OF THE RENTAL
BLANC PÉPITE offers decorative equipment rental (panels, walls, arches, accessories, signage…).
The rental does not entail any transfer of ownership.
ARTICLE 13 – QUOTE & RESERVATION
A quote will be sent within 15 days for verification:
feasibility
the availability of equipment
the desired dates
Providing a quote does not guarantee a reservation.
The rental is confirmed only when:
The quote was returned signed.
And the total amount is settled if the total is ≤ €200.
OR a 50% deposit is paid if the total > €200.
The balance is due on the day of withdrawal.
Modifications are possible after validation, subject to availability.
ARTICLE 14 – SECURITY DEPOSIT
A security deposit check equivalent to 3 times the rental amount must be given upon collection of the equipment.
It is returned after:
complete inspection
final inventory,
checking the condition of the equipment.
The deposit may be partially or totally withheld in the event of:
breakage,
loss,
flight,
equipment returned dirty.
deterioration,
delayed return.
ARTICLE 15 – WITHDRAWAL & RETURN
Rented items must be picked up and returned by appointment at:

No rental shipments are offered.
Standard duration:
Weekend: Friday → Monday
Week: pick up the day before → return the next day
Extension is possible subject to availability.
Delay :
Any day started may incur a penalty (amount indicated on the quote).
ARTICLE 16 – OPTIONAL DELIVERY
A delivery service is available:
for orders ≥ €200 excluding VAT,
only in the Var (83) and the Bouches-du-Rhône (13).
The fees are calculated according to:
distance,
volume,
installation constraints.
ARTICLE 17 – USE OF EQUIPMENT
The client agrees to:
Use with care.
follow the instructions.
Avoid humidity, inclement weather, and wind.
Do not drill, glue, repaint, modify, or tape the material.
The customer is responsible from the moment of collection until the return.
Any damage will be charged at the replacement price.
ARTICLE 18 – CANCELLATION & WITHDRAWAL
Cancellation by the customer:
The deposit remains the property of BLANC PÉPITE.
The balance remains due if the cancellation occurs less than 30 days before the date.
No right of withdrawal:
The right of withdrawal does not apply to services linked to a fixed date (wedding, event).
Article L221-28, 12°.
ARTICLE 19 – LIABILITY & INSURANCE
The customer is responsible for:
equipment,
of its installation,
for any damage caused to property or persons.
Civil liability insurance (event organization liability) is recommended.
PART 3 – GENERAL PROVISIONS
ARTICLE 20 – PERSONAL DATA
The data processing is detailed in the Privacy Policy available on the website.
ARTICLE 21 – FORCE MAJEURE
BLANC PÉPITE cannot be held responsible in cases of force majeure.
ARTICLE 22 – APPLICABLE LAW
The terms and conditions are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be preferred.
Failing that, the competent courts will be those of the company's registered office.
