1. Return Policy: Terms and Conditions
At Blanc Pépite , all creations are made to order in our workshop. To guarantee the quality and personalization of each product, our return policy varies depending on the type of item ordered.
2. Customized, made-to-measure, or already opened products
The following items cannot be returned or refunded :
- personalized products (names, dates, texts, colors, design…)
- custom-made creations
- articles produced after approval of a mock-up
- products that have been opened, unpacked, used or altered
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code , personalized and clearly personalized products are not subject to the right of withdrawal .
Customer responsibility
Before approving the design, it is your responsibility to check:
-spelling
-information (dates, first names, times…)
-the choice of colours and typography
-the guest list (for seating plans)
Once the design has been approved:
- No modifications are possible
- Any reprint will be charged in full.
Blanc Pépite cannot be held responsible for any errors validated by the client.
3. Non-customized (standard) products
Non-personalized, unopened and unused products can be returned within 14 days of receipt.
Conditions for an accepted return:
- New, unused product
- original packaging intact
- Item not opened or handled
- Return made in careful packaging
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer .
The refund only concerns the item(s), excluding the initial delivery charges .
4. How to return an item (non-personalized products only)
Step 1 – Return Request
Send an email to:
bonjour@blancpepite.fr
Please indicate:
- your order number
- your name
- the product(s) concerned
- the reason for the return
(Returns must be reported before being sent back.)
Step 2 – Sending the package
Returns should be sent to the address provided by email.
⚠️ Any return sent to an incorrect address or without prior validation cannot be processed and the reshipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
Returns for change of mind:
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns for defective products:
- A prepaid label may be provided to you depending on the circumstances
- A photo of the defect will be requested for verification
Step 3 – Verification & Refund
Once the return is received and verified, we will process the refund to the original payment method.
Estimated delivery times:
3 to 10 business days (varies depending on your bank and payment providers)
The initial delivery charges are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges .
If you would like a different reference, color or quantity:
You simply need to place a new order .
6. Damaged products or workshop error
If an item arrives broken, incomplete, or incorrect:
Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt:

Join:
- photos of the package
- photos of the product
- your order number
We will offer you a solution: replacement, credit note or refund depending on the situation.
7. Orders lost in delivery
Shipments are handled by external carriers (Colissimo, Mondial Relay). In case of loss or delay:
An investigation will be opened with the carrier.
Any compensation will depend solely on his decision.
To ensure secure delivery, we recommend:
Colissimo registered mail with signature
(especially for custom or fragile items)
8. No returns for rentals
Rented items (panels, arches, decorations…) are neither refundable nor exchangeable .
In case of breakage, loss or damage:
- The fees will be charged according to the value of the equipment
- The security deposit may be deducted partially or in full
