Production times: personalized stationery and wedding signage

At Blanc Pépite, all our creations (wedding stationery, signage, personalized stickers, event decoration…) are handmade in our workshop in Provence.

Delivery times may vary depending on the type of product, the level of customization, and the time of year.

Customized products: production times

Personalized items (menus, invitations, signs, place cards, guest books, stickers, etc.) require several creation steps.

Manufacturing time: 3 to 10 business days
(+ 1 to 2 days if the "mock-up validation" option is selected).

During periods of high demand (wedding season), processing times may be slightly longer. Information will be posted if necessary.

Seating plans: specific deadlines

Customized seating plans require special attention:

Sending the mock-up: 3 to 10 business days

Production after approval: up to 15 working days

The exact delivery times are specified at the time of your order.

Custom-made products

For fully customized requests or unique creations: the lead times are indicated in your custom quote.

Standard products (not personalized)

For items ready to ship:

Preparation time: 3 to 10 business days
Then shipping according to the chosen carrier.

Urgent order

Do you need a product quickly?

For manufacturing in less than 10 working days, a 15% surcharge may apply.

Delivery: options, prices and shipping times

Our products are shipped from Saint-Maximin-la-Sainte-Baume (Var, France). Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on:
- the total weight
- the volume of articles
- your address
- the selected carrier

Carriers available

We offer two reliable solutions for shipping our creations:

Colissimo (La Poste) – France and International
Mondial Relay – delivery to a collection point

If a carrier does not appear at the time of payment, it means that the product exceeds the accepted standards (size, weight or geographical area).

Colissimo Europe: 3 to 15 days
Tracked letter: 3 to 15 days

Blanc Pépite cannot be held responsible for delays related to carriers, bad weather or social movements.

How does it work?

Non-personalized products are shipped within 2 to 3 business days.

Customized products are shipped once they are fully manufactured.

Orders containing finished + personalized products are sent in a single package to reduce carbon impact.

In case of exceeding weight/dimensions: Shipping in several packages is possible.

Order tracking and shipping guarantees

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.

For enhanced protection (fragile or bulky items), we recommend:
Colissimo registered mail – delivery against signature

Goods travel under the responsibility of the carrier in accordance with French law.
